8 months old!
I can hardly believe you’re 8 months old today. Next thing you know, we’ll be celebrating
your first birthday…

I think you and you're brother are looking more and more uniquely different every day.
Here’s what you’ve been up to these days:
(1)
You’ve
taken quite a liking to food! It took a
bit to warm up to, but now you’ll pretty much try anything. Even the mushy stuff that you’re brother
never tolerated (o; You’re favorites: bananas,
applesauce blueberries and ritz crackers.
*Bananas and Avocado!
*Hmmm what’s this?...A prune!
*Strawberry leaves?
I LOVE my food!

You can sit up and roll over very well! You haven’t started any attempts at crawling,
but no doubt it’ll come soon enough. You
reach for anything and everything around you and particularly love it when I
sit you down in the grass (you pull so much up we’ve nicknamed you “Thatcher”)
*Getting’ used to the walker…

You do love your Mama (o; Which has made it a little difficult for Dad
to take care of you while I’m at work, but you’re getting better. When you’re happy, you’re SO happy-all
smiles! But when you’re upset, watch out
world! I CAN SCREAM!

You’re doing awesome at sleeping through the
night (thank you very much!). I’ll put
you down at 8 and you’ll easily sleep 10 hrs.

You’ve got an incredibly cute giggle. You’re big brother is pretty good at getting
it out of you. A huge smile spreads
across your face as you watch him be all wild and crazy around you. It won’t be long before you join right in. (If you're wondering about William's pajama outfit in this one...he dresses himself these days)

You haven’t started signing any of the sign
language we’ve been showing you yet, but you love it when Mom signs “all done”
to you after you’ve eaten. Huge smiles
and sometimes a giggle. Do I really look
that silly signing?
